Gifts for a sweet little girl

It was my beautiful little neices 1st birthday, so it was the perfect excuse to make something cute. (ha who needs an excuse!)First up a one piece with appliqued butterfly and a skirt.

Next up a little dress with crochet lace and a crochet doily.

I had been wanting a pair of pinking shears for a long time and my mum happened to have my grandmas old old pinking shears, well with a spray of the magical WD40 they are perfect.

I love them and thought how happy my grandma would be if she knew I was getting such joy out of her old scissors.

Now just to see my dear little neice in her new outfits!
